Here’s how it works:
Grab a clean dish sponge—ideally the type with an abrasive green scrubbing side.
Place the sponge in the washing machine drum along with your laundry. Make sure the sponge is clean and free of soap or residue.
Run your wash cycle as usual.
That’s it!
As your clothes tumble through the wash, the abrasive surface of the sponge works to attract and trap loose pet hair. By the end of the cycle, much of the hair that would have stuck to your clothes—or gotten lodged in your machine—is now stuck to the sponge instead. Just peel it off and discard.
