Ingredient Quantity
Cooked egg noodles 2 cups
Shredded chicken 2 cups
Frozen corn kernels 2 cups
Onion, diced 1
Shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup
Crumbled bacon ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Cream of chicken soup 2 cans
Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Chopped parsley For garnish
Instructions:
Preheat Oven & Prepare Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
Combine Main Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the 2 cups cooked egg noodles, 2 cups shredded chicken, 2 cups frozen corn kernels, 1 diced onion, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, and ½ cup crumbled bacon. Stir all these ingredients together until they are well combined.
Prepare Creamy Sauce: In a smaller separate bowl, whisk together the 1 cup milk, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
